Refund Policy

This refund and return policy governs all purchase transactions on our website. By placing an order, you consent to all terms listed below. All refunds will be processed exclusively in US dollars, matching the original checkout currency.

Return Eligibility

Unused, unwashed and undamaged products with all original packaging, labels and accessories intact are eligible for return. Products must remain in resalable condition with no signs of personal wear, scratch, staining or improper modification.
Return requests must be submitted within our extended eligible window after customer receipt of parcels. We do not accept return applications submitted beyond this time frame without special exceptions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged for quality assurance and hygiene reasons: clearance-only bundled goods, customized accessories, and products damaged due to improper customer operation, accidental collision or outdoor misuse after delivery.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

For returns caused by our side, including defective products, incorrect item shipment or significant description mismatch, we will cover all return shipping fees and related cross-border clearance costs.
For voluntary customer-initiated returns without quality defects, customers are responsible for outbound return shipping expenses. No additional hidden fees will be charged by our team during refund processing.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once returned parcels are received, inspected and verified to meet return standards by our warehouse team, formal refund arrangements will be initiated immediately. Funds will be routed back to the original payment method within standard financial processing cycles set by payment service providers.
Please note that bank-side delayed arrival is out of our control, and varies by regional payment institution settlement rules.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are available for incomplete returns where only part of an order is sent back. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unit price of returned items, aligned with original order pricing. Bundle discount proportions will be deducted correspondingly for bundled product returns.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may submit full order cancellation requests before order formal dispatch. Full unconditional refunds will be issued without any handling fees. Cancellation cannot be approved once the order enters logistics transit.

Customer Support Channels

All return applications, refund inquiries and dispute appeals must be submitted through the dedicated entry on our contact page. We do not accept return requests via third-party social channels or informal emails.
