Global Shipping & Delivery Timeline

We provide complimentary worldwide shipping for all orders with no minimum order requirement. No shipping surcharges apply to any regional destinations. After order dispatch, parcels will be delivered via certified cross-border logistics providers following conventional international transit cycles.
Delivery timelines may fluctuate slightly due to regional customs inspections, adverse weather conditions or local logistics backlogs, which are beyond our direct control. We do not guarantee fixed delivery arrival dates for cross-border parcels.

Customs & Import Charges

We bear full liability for all cross-border incidental fees associated with order delivery, including import duties, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges and regional regulatory handling fees. Customers will not encounter any out-of-pocket expenses during parcel clearance or final delivery.

Shipping Address Modification

Address revision requests are only acceptable before formal order dispatch. Once parcels enter cross-border transit, address modification cannot be processed due to logistics system restrictions. Please verify shipping information carefully before checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

For parcels confirmed lost or severely damaged during transit by logistics carriers, we offer free re-delivery or full order refunds without additional customer fees. Customers need to submit logistics proof via the contact page for verification.
